“Clean, slept well, but definitely not value for money”
+Staff were polite Hotel was very clean The bed was very very comfortable as were the pillows, we both slept very well A coffee machine and pods provided was fab. The few smelly products provided in bathroom were great. The food hall/bar looked and smelt amazing
−The price for the small room The room was quite dark and had poor lighting. (Though, there was table lamps) No bath as suggested on website. Storage for clothes, was basically a coat hooks attached to the wall, with some coat hangers to hang off them. No breakfasts included (believe it was £20 pp to add on the already almost £150 we had paid for the room) For the cost of the room (given the size, and the advertised luxury level suggested, no bath, poor effort of a clothes rail, no dressing gown) I personally was disappointed.
