+The owner was very helpful especially since we arrived on the Sunday during the storm and very bad winds. It caused some of the heating and lighting to cut out but the owner did his best to sort the problems out ASAP for all his residents to the point of plugging a lamp on the first floor landing so we wasn't walking upstairs and downstairs in the dark until he get the problem sorted out. The beds are very comfortable and the owners are lovely and cant do enough for you. I will definitely stay here again.

“Great hotel”
+Very friendly staff, helped us with our luggage which was really kind of them, excellent location for the south pier, water park and pleasure beach
−No hairdryer in the room so wasnt able to dry hair after a wet day out, and the toilet made a noise when flushing so was worried about waking other people up, but apart from that it was a great affordable base
