“We enjoyed our stay with a great location and across the street from the beach.”
+It was close to every thing. The space in the unit was great. We weren’t there long enough to use the kitchen but it seemed to be nice. Also the parking for the property was good.
−Wish the bathrooms had more shelf space or counter room. Other than that it was perfect.

“Come as a Guest, leave feeling like family”
+A wonderful small resort . Clean and comfortable. The rooms are nicely appointed with everything you need. The pool is a sweet oasis. Located between beach access 8 & 9beach days and sunsets are just a short walk. The staff are amazing! Susan the manager made us feel like family.
−It’s close the street so there was shone street noise but that’s to be expected with that location

“Een heerlijk verblijf”
+Hoewel de prijs aan de hoge kant was werden we wel aangenaam verrast door het verblijf wat werd aangeboden. Wij zaten in Tiger en dat was een heerlijk appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel hebben we niet gezien maar alles werd zo duidelijk uitgelegd via mail en whatsapp dat we ze ook niet hebben gemist. Kortom, voor herhaling vatbaar ☺️
−Ik heb niets kunnen ontdekken.

+The owners and their family are absolutely amazing and make you feel so welcome! The location is perfect, right across the street from the public beach entrance and just a short walk to Siesta Key Village. Everything is very clean, cozy, and has that wonderful home-away-from-home feeling. There's also a great pool and a nice outdoor shower. Such a wonderful place to stay!

“Perfect .... apart from room quality”
+The location, and facilities (pool, room facilities (fridge, A/V, Iron, cooker, shower, TVs etc were all excellent. As were the staff (Susan and Carl). Other people around but it was never crowded. great place for our stay.
−The room, ( we stayed in "Clown") whilst large and comfortable would certainly benefit from some TLC in respect of re decorating. We noticed paint chips on doors, badly scuffed skirting boards, missing or torn wallpaper, dirt on walls, chipped crockery and loose cupboard doors. - based on that we would not stay in that room again and overall it makes what should be a "Fabulous" recommendation to an "ok/good" . Disappointing as all it needs is a few dollars to bring it up to expectations.

+We have stayed at the Ringling Beach House on several occasions.
−We must day that we requested the Trapeze room 12 months ago and also requested it again nearer to our holiday. We were disappointed that we were given the room called the Dancing Bear which used to be the office at the frontofthebuilding. The front door wasn't appealing as it was in disrepair upon entry and a gap at the bottom.

“Vale la pena”
+Me gustó de la propiedad que es amplia limpia, espaciosa que todo lo necesario para desarrollar el día día para cocinar. Susan la anfitriona 20 puntos, atenta a todo y siempre predisposición. además se encuentra solamente a una cuadra de la playa y una playa divina sin gente.
−Nada, Todo más que perfecto
