“Perfect getaway with my daughter with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and great farmers market.”
+Our room was clean, up to date, and perfectly located near the main office and we could see the ocean from our room.
−Nothing. Everything was perfect!

“A birthday celebration splurge and the hotel really made it feel extra special.”
+Location, layout, amenities like bikes, beach sports equipment, special activities at lobby
−In our room, the shower water ran across the floor and puddled in the bathroom (design flaw), the AC was excessively loud in the bedroom, and the front windows were in serious need of washing to really enjoy the spectacular view.

“Just ok. Probably won’t stay there again.”
+I made reservation months in advance. I was put in a room with the view of a wall. The bathroom was so small I had to shower with the door partly open. I am 5’4” and weigh 130. There was nowhere to put my make up barely room for my toothbrush. No flat area in room to o put anything..

“Great customer service, and a great property.”
+The front desk person was unbelievably helpful. He went above and beyond to get us a room that would fulfill all our requests. I wish I could remember his name but he was tall and thin with lighter hair. Anyway, he made us feel so welcome and important. Hospitality at its best!
