“It was pleasant and had nice experience, but could be better”
+Accessibility to beach and vicinity and amenities in room. The weather was breezy and that helped unpleasant environment too, I think. Thanks!
−Some pointers: 1. the apartment rooms are NOT beach facing like shown here, they are street facing. 2. The rooms are accessible with stairs ONLY, no accessibility for senior citizen. -> This also means very less security because one can just walk till your hotel room door directly, no gates or anything. 3. The balcony is shared with other flats! I wish we knew this before, the bathroom was too crammed up, it was irritating. 4.decor items very clumsily attached to wall. 5. Beach is very dirty.

+The apartment was nice and clean. Ii is in second row from the sea, so everything is quite close (promenade, restaurants, beach).
−The apartment was on the second floor, there is no elevator, but this was announced in the property description.

“Prima verblijf!”
+Ligging is top!
