+It's an old motel and hasn't been updated but charges prices like Holiday inn or La Quinta.

+This motel is way too old and gross. There was a dead scorpion in my room. I would not stay here again. It is way overpriced for what you get.

+The staff at the property were professional and friendly. My issue is the cost of the room is not competitive at all with the level of service. No cleaning of rooms, we had to get towels and toiletries ourselves daily, pool closed due to staffing issues and no breakfast. All of this should be provided for the cost charged. This hotel is not remotely worth the money.

+It was okay just for a one night stay. Clean enough, but desperately needs to be updated. Paneling on doors is falling apart, ceiling above one of our beds was sagging, wondering how they keep each room warm in the winter as there were incredibly old and seemingly unsafe heaters installed into the walls. Staff was kind and helpful.

+Older classic 50’s motel. Very clean and conveniently close to downtown Fredericksburg 😀

“On the edge of town”
+This is an old hotel, but we love the location and parking right by the door to our room is so handy. The staff is friendly, we have stayed multiple times. They are short on cleaning staff, so daily room cleaning was paused but they provided fresh towels which is really all that we needed.

“Just ok.”
+Very old slightly charming motel. We enjoyed the pool! This motel could definitely use updating. The first room, the refrigerator didn’t work. The AC had not been turned on ahead of time, even though it was August. The second room, the refrigerator work, but the door wouldn’t close all the way so I had to put a chair up against it to keep it semi closed. The second room also the AC had not been turned on ahead of time.
