“Beautiful rooms, lovely pub/restaurant & friendly staff”
+Everything was wonderful. The room was spectacular, the pub/restaurant attached was lovely. The staff were lovely. Perfect location.
−The only thing we didn’t like was that it was really cold in the room all night. It made it really uncomfortable and difficult to sleep well. However, I’m sure if we raised this, the staff would’ve sorted it out no problem. We just didn’t raise it.

“Lovely place - but were issues”
+The room was lovely and very central, with an easy walk to many restaurants and pubs. The rate was good. The room was clean.
−There was no key to our room and, despite being told the previous guests had broken it, one member of staff revealed this had been the case for some time. The hotel messaged us to find out when we were due back on our first night as we couldn't let ourselves in. We had booked a twin on Booking.com but the message didn't reach them so we were given a double. Arriving at 5pm-ish, we were told the bed could be separated but they couldn't do it that night. They did separate it for the second night. No real apologies were offered for the inconveniences - a free breakfast would have been nice. It's a shame as it was a nice hotel.

“Good value. Clean and comfortable bed.”
+Good location. Large room. Very clean
−The radiators were very hot so the room was too warm. The radiator switches didn't control the heating.
