“Nice place close to Elaisa”
+The hotel itself is really nice and clean!! We booked it mainly because it's close to Elaisa Wellness which was our main reason for travelling there. Also walking distance to the outlet area.
−Communication could be improved. We exchanged emails where I specifically asked to add breakfast to my booking and when we arrived, the staff was not aware at all. We would have appreciated the wardrobes to be changed. We had dinner at the hotel restaurants and for the price we think it could be better than it was. Also it was quite noisy in the mornings.... Who moves furniture at 7.30am??

“Disappointed”
+Nicely refurbished historical building
−We got there when the kitchen was still open and were told they couldn’t give us dinner. The restaurant was full and they don’t do room service when the restaurant is fully booked. They could only offer a bag of chips/ nuts even if there was a storm and it was difficult to leave the building. The parking is a bit far from the hotel. Didn’t like the mattress

−Check-in un peu désordonné.
