“Bad neighborhood”
+The room was ok although did not have TV. The staff was great.
−The neighborhood was not safe with homeless & drug addicts around. Then, I saw a mouse running around in the living room and was not even afraid of my presence

+I liked that it was quiet throughout the house and when I asked them to wash our dirty clothes, they did it and returned the clean clothes that day.
−It was my first time in Toronto and I didn't know that our apartment would be in an area with homeless people, it was scary. Part of the faucet in the bathroom was falling off, the bed was made of two mattresses and it was uncomfortable to sleep on, the dust was not wiped off in many places.
