“Good choice if you need a central position within Manila”
+Location, breakfasts, the pool, lobby and other services were top notch. Everything is nice, comfy and tasty.
−For the price I would expect at least a supply of mineral water, not water that I put in my car (distilled). The room itself was very lived in, which was a stark contrast to the other amenities in the hotel (lobby is mesmerizing, breakfast restaurant and terrace are amazing, service was okay).

+Restaurant staff
−It has been a month now and they still didn't transfer my deposit and they are charging me twice of this incidental charges which I have already settled during my check out. Both invoices having the same breakdown. The room provided stink and many water drifting from the ceiling. Instead of offering a different room they only sent their house keeping but couldn't help fix anything. I requested for cleaning and changing the towels and bedsheets, they didn't change anything, very dirty! Most of receptionist were not helpful but giggled a lot with foreign guys. If I will not receive my deposit it is stealing from a guest.
