“We cancelled immediately. Don't stay here.”
+Nothing.
−Everything else. The owner was just weird. The place was messy and uncleaned. Moreover, we were not given the rooms we expected or paid for.

−The place was not as advertised. The bedroom was very small. The bed was a double not a queen there was no towels immediately provided we inquired and we ended up getting some towels. There was no coffee that was advertised, but not available. What else there was not enough toilet paper no Kleenex and no paper towels. Which shorten statement can use use

“It was convenient and well equipped - I would stay there again.”
+The location was good for us as it was close enough to our son's home. It was very quiet and although the facilities were shared, we had no difficulty making use of them despite other guests. There was good storage in the walk in closet. Nicely carpeted.
−We're used to a bigger bed, but it was comfortable enough.

+A very nice, modern, and spotlessly clean house with beautiful decorations and a lovely garden. It feels like a little paradise in the city. The owner responded immediately to all messages and was available on-site when needed. The property offers several rooms through Booking.com and has shared bathroom facilities, which was not a problem at all. The house is spacious and well-maintained. Parking is available either directly in front of the house or across the street, with plenty of space and no issues. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
−We stayed for two nights, and unfortunately, we had to change rooms because the room we had originally booked was already occupied when we arrived.

“Very cozy”
+Very cozy space and practical
−Everything was fine and if I have to mention one then I would say that we had to take our shoes off and walk barefoot to go upstairs to our rooms. Not that serious thing though
