“Great as always. My favourite hotel in Europe.”
+Lovely location in a quiet and green neighbourhood. Easily accessible with a car or taxi. Service is always great, very helpful and friendly staff, always happy to answer any questions and requests.

“The Palazzo”
+The room was spacious, comfortable, and full of character, with beautifully detailed woodwork and a wonderful selection of paintings, rugs, objects, and art and design books. These thoughtful details give the hotel a distinctive personality and make the interiors its strongest asset. The dinner was acceptable, and the spa was pleasant but nothing particularly memorable. Breakfast was decent, though not especially noteworthy.
−The biggest disappointment was the service. The hotel seemed significantly understaffed: even the bar was completely unattended, which made the overall experience feel rather underwhelming given the setting and the hotel’s apparent ambitions. Overall, a beautiful interior with plenty of charm and character, but the service and some of the facilities do not quite live up to the potential of the place.
