“Excellent emplacement mais mal isolé”
+L'emplacement très bon Piscine excellente
−Le logement n'est pas du tout isolé et au bord d'une route passante. Bruit important également du bar avoisinant et des autres touristes passant ..

+The staff was great and super communicative. The location was directly across from the beach and next to two great restaurants and an ice cream shop!
−It was a little older than the pictures depicted.

“I could not find my room, nobody was at desk or on the phone so I left and was refused a refund.”
+The location to the beach was good...That was about it. The rest of the facility looks tired, props the the photographer they hired, he made the place shine!
−There was nobody in the office at 8:15pm and Room #2 is not next to room #3 but rather next to unit 12 at the far end of the property... This is confusing at best, Self check in instructions are ok but this would have been helpful, but was not included at all, just a door code. For $350+ per night I would expect the hotel to be staffed before 10pm or at the very least to have a staff member answer my phone call in a timely fashion (not 25+ min). Instead I was able to walk around, not find my room and see that the property was quite tired before opting to leave entirely. It was quite obvious that all they wanted was their fee and they had zero intention of working with me. I usually love to stay in small boutique hotels but this experience was miserable and I did not even make it into the room and was refused a refund.

“What a fantastic week at Saltaire #12!”
+We loved the location, being right across the street from the beach! The pool was great, and I spent a decent amount of time on the screened in porch. The inside was spacious and the beds were really comfortable!
−These are small things, but the master bath faucets (shower too) need a bit of tightening, and we weren’t sure how to turn on the cooktop’s downdraft, but everything else was great!

“Great location to beach and attractions, kitchen enabled meals in, awesome screen porch”
+Location was excellent, staff attentive to any problems, other guests friendly and quiet
−Photos were a little limited in depicting the smaller size of cottage and that the end room requires a walk through the middle or outside access. Not a problem, but would be good to know

+The property is very comfortable and convenient to pool and beach with children. Very clean and so quaint. The pool is great but had a few little places where the concrete was a little rough around the drain. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cottage.
