I had a wonderful stay from the time I checked in to when I checked out. I went for a solo trip and was able to relax with no issues here. The view I woke up to every morning was beautiful. The staff was friendly, there was always someone at guest services willing to help. I definitely plan on staying here again. I truly have no negatives of this trip.

We stayed at Placemakr Buzzard Point for our wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of the Potomac River , the perfect backdrop for a romantic week. Special shoutout to Stephanie S. from guest services, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm and attentive service made our stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable stay with great service and beautiful river views, this spot is a gem.

The room had bedbugs. There was no communication from the staff. It was terrible. I stayed at this property in the past with no problems. This stay was horrible. I will not come back.

Great location away from downtown chaos but still close enough to drive back and forth. Staff and building security were great and friendly!

The property was great. Did not have a blackout shade for the windows. Very inconvenient and annoying when the sun rises.

Nice room ! Cluster to get into ! Downloading app for key not good . Tv has roku that sucks! Cut off foot ball game right about 5 min of the end of game ! The Samsung remote needs to be in the room! The tech is ok but way to much trouble for most people.
