+Nonostante eravamo nella stanza economy senza balcone ci siamotrovati bene zona un po rumorosa per la vicinanza alla strada che porta a kos ma accettabile il paese a 200metri bellissimo pieno di vita del tutto rispettosa.torneremo sicuramente🥰

“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura consigliata.”
+Staff discreto ma cordiale, pur non essendoci la colazione inclusa c'era tutto il necessario per farla in stanza: macchinetta con cialde per il caffè e un paio di merendine, inoltre una signora dello staff un giorno ha portato agli ospiti un dolce fatto in casa squisito. La stanza era spaziosa, dotata di condizionatore, phon (anche un piccolo ferro da stiro!), veniva pulita regolarmente e con altrettanta frequenza sostituiti le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Letto comodissimo.
−Posizione vicina al centro (circa 15 min a piedi) ma in una strada un po' buia e trafficata, personalmente viaggiando in solitaria mi sentivo più tranquilla a fare il tratto di strada in macchina per raggiungere il centro.

“Struttura accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili.”
+Struttura pulita, dotata di ogni confort (caffè, boiler, frigo ecc.). Letti confortevoli. A breve distanza dal centro (20 minuti a piedi). Non mancava niente. Abbiamo chiesto il check out più tardi, che ci è stato concesso senza alcun problema. L'unico neo il rumore della strada, essendo la struttura sulla strada principale.

“Excellent choice - super friendly hosts”
+So pleased to have found Pittas at short notice after getting a cheap flight - the owners are exceptional at customer care and providing delicious cake! Building is next to main road and you notice traffic in day time but close the shutter at night and we always had a quiet night’s sleep. Small shower room and often bumped knees on loo to get to sink - loo seat did not stay up which was annoying. Large, comfy double bed, desk and small table in room, big wardrobe for luggage. Quiet aircon if needed at night. In room kitchen had fridge n coffee machine, lots of pans n utensils to cook your own brekkie. You can see the sea from small balcony (which overlook neighbours) but it is a 10 min walk to beach and a couple of beach bars. From there it is another 10 min walk to bars n restaurants in the village, which might bother some but we enjoyed staggering back along the quiet beach road in the balmy weather at night. Thanks again to reception for twice leaving cake in the room - when’s the last time that happened?

+Proste i bezproblemowe zameldowanie, przemiła pani pokojowa poczęstowała nas nawet ciastem z własnego wypieku, codziennie sprzątany pokój i ręczniki oraz pościel wymieniane w miarę potrzeby, czysto i schludnie. Bardzo ładny pokój z aneksem kuchennym i wygodną łazienką oraz balkonem od strony morza co było prezentem od właściciela który dał nam pokój o wyższym standardzie bez dodatkowych opłat aby umilić nam wakacje. Dziękuję bardzo!

+We had a wonderful stay at Pittas Studios! The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and the location was absolute perfection. We loved the lovely little welcome treats left in the room,such a thoughtful touch! The bathroom was newly renovated, and having mosquito nets on the windows was a huge plus. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Check-in and check-out were seamless with zero wait time, and the hosts were wonderfully polite and welcoming. This will definitely be our first choice next time!

+Everything was great! Kitchen has all the basics you’d need, including olive oil from the hosts’ garden, salt and pepper, George Foreman grill, nespresso machine + capsules, Greek coffee pot, and kettle. The shower is high pressure and very warm. The hosts kindly separated our beds into two singles as per our request. We had rented a car, but there seemed to be a bus stop just at the door. We loved the location which was calm in October and away from the hustle and bustle. Just bring some earplugs for sleep, in case there’s noise from the road outside. The beach nearby is very chill and quiet :)
