“Never again”
+We like the reviews and photographs on booking.com. We use your platform a lot, recently, and it’s becoming more common, what we see isn’t what we get. You know the rules Booking.com ……Trust matters.
−The staff seemed unfriendly upon our arrival, although we were helped to our room with our bags, w/o smiles, or “let us know if you need anything else” The A/C was very noisy, rattling and gurgling all night, shower water was warm only, no nightstands next to the bed. The coffee that comes with the breakfast is only the basic, while they do offer a brewed americano or latte, that’s not included. So sad.

“Not Thai style”
+It's actually hard to say.
−No communication with the owner. At breakfast, two ladies with offended faces helped us quickly leave the hotel. Strangely enough, during our month-long trip to Thailand, we never had to pay a deposit for a room key…

“Really affordable and comfortable stay in Tak.”
+Very clean and modern resort with more works in the process of construction. The rooms, restaurant, gardens and pool area were very well presented.
