“AWESOME AS USUAL”
+I like the room overall. Very well maintained and always clean.
−This time had to wait to check in after 4 because rooms weren't ready and my food I purchased was getting warm!! Normally we could check in a little early even after my 2-hour drive. But overall, it was nice.

“Williamsburg Weekend Getaway”
+The unit was spacious and clean. All the amenities that we needed were also provided.
−It was difficult to navigate the proper way to turn on the fireplace because it could not be turned on with the remote because staff had the unit turned off and the switch to turn it on was not visible. Also, there wasn't an ice bucket in the room so we had to request the front desk to provide one and then return to pick it up. Another issue was the stove didn't have an overhead light which made it difficult to see what we were cooking.

“Fantastic Room!”
+What a fantastic room! You get a bedroom, a livingroom with kitchenette, and TWO bathrooms!!!!
−The entryway to our building had sticky stuff smeared on the floor when we arrived. I told the front desk two days in a row, but it was not cleaned until our last day (day 5)!

“Very clean and comfortable! Will stay again!”
+When I booked this room I didn’t know it had 2 bathrooms! That was a plus!
−We really like fans in the bathrooms, ours didn’t have any. But it’s all good, we survived.

“Great stay!”
+Stayed here two weeks before this stay and it was not good. This time was so much better. Room felt clean.
−The building definitely needs to be upgraded.
