“Great stay!!”
+The location was close to everything that we needed
−No coffee pots & coffee in rooms, little water pressure in shower, and the shower water was cooler than the sink water when on hot

“A pleasant, restful place to stay.”
+I arrived late do to flight delays and the innkeeper was there for me when I arrived. Diligently maintained and gracefully aged, the property was clean and comfortable exotic marigold hotel :-)

+I'm not too picky so I like the price for the rate. Pretty close to everything and it's a nice area.
−As far as I see the doors only lock from the inside so just keep what you value on you or in your car to be responsible for your items.

“It was well worth the price with nothing fancy.”
+Conveniently located. I like being able to park right in front of the door. Extensive selection of tv channels.
−Blankets seemed old.

“Would not recommend.”
+I could open the windows and enjoy fresh air.
−The staff did not understand that they cannot charge a cleaning fee for my service dog. I had to contact Booking.com to have them mediate for me to refund the fee. The fee was refunded, but they still did not acknowledge the federal law!

“Was there for a hospital procedure. So it got the job done but would not go back.”
−Dead bugs in room and in beds. Beds very uncomfortable with springs that felt broken. Very strong bad smell in room.
