+House keeping was absolutely amazing. They checked in everyday. The came in and mopped the floor one day while we were there.
−They only had one washer and dryer on site and it was shared by everyone there. There was no table to eat at in our room. The sink was very small. It would be better if there was more pots and pans and also a bigger cooking area.

“Cute but not for everyone”
+Requested early check in as we were moving hotels that day and they got us in super early around 12:45pm which was VERY appreciated! King efficiency room was super spacious and nice. Good price point for on-the-beach accommodation.
−Beware "oceanfront" does NOT mean "ocean view". We booked oceanfront king and half the rooms had a giant dune blocking any ocean or beach view, ours being one. Was very bummed, we had to walk out of the room and around the dune to get to the beach. Beach was also in poor condition in KDH, smelly and a mess. Being beachfront, sand in the room was very difficult to manage but that was our choice. Pool was closed (and not heated.) It's very vintage and cozy, but just not our thing. Office had limited hours and it made us a little nervous knowing there wasn't staff on property at all times for emergencies. Also, getting into the room was strange for the door lock, and not communicated to us well.

“Don't believe the pictures of the property you see on here. Terrible booking! picture is your view”
+Nothing much at all
−I rented this and paid more to be direct walk out onto the beach. Your picture shows this to be true but when you get to your room there is a giant sand dune in from of your door to climb to access the beach. My wife has a physical issue at this time and this was the only reason we booked this property. I have booked with you many times and have been a loyal customer but I doubt I ever use your service again

+Pool area was nice. Room was average.
−Beach access was not good. Rinsing sand off after returning was right in some room entrances. Did not have good stations to rinse off sand. Not enough room in bathroom
