+Clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to the beach. Also right on the boardwalk and everything is within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again 😃

“Good enough for a quick one night trip”
+Location, ocean front, price
−Needs work. Safe didn’t have batteries, bathroom light didn’t work, and window was cracked. Also requested towels and the above to be fixed, left the room for several hours and issue was never taken care of.

“Good spot at the beach”
+Great little hotel on the beach. Clean, friendly staff and no frills. Fresh coffee in the lobby anytime! The showers are hot the beds are comfy and clean and the staff is super nice! We would definitely stay again. Great views on the 8th floor. If you're looking for a price friendly no frills hotel this is perfect!
−Slightly dated elevators, sometimes they have a mind of their own. Our room could've used an updated outlet or two as well but we were satisfied with our stay.

“We might stay there again...”
+The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff was helpful and eager to remedy issues. It was a good price. It seemed mostly clean.
−There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and I had to take the coffee maker down to switch it out because it wouldn't turn on. Also, we're not sure the carpet was vacuumed before we checked in because we found a hairpin and an earring. The property is aging and showing signs of disrepair around the ceiling and walls. Also, no shelf was available in the accessible bathroom to set toiletries, so we used the shower seat.

“Great for what I came for !”
+Our room was wonderful . We stayed in 282! When we got there our room was still thing cleaned so they placed us in a “upgraded “ room ! Bed very clean and comfortable! I’m right on the board walk everything was within walking distance ! - our favorite spot was “the shack”
−The elevators need work … it’s a rough ride. They’re very squeaky and the one door takes about a minute to open after it stops. also balcony doors had no screen . I really wanted to sleep hearing the ocean but the bugs that flew in just minutes of the door being open was INSANE! PLEASE get screens
