“Good value for money. Easy acces. Great with dog.”
+It’s very modern, easy to get in and for Munich fairly priced. The bed was clean. Took me a lot of time to understand whether the contents of the fridge were complementary or not, turned out yes :) Easy to check in. No people assistance needed. Close to the park if you have dogs. No human contact needed. If you want this, that’s good :)
−The bathroom wasn’t spot less. The hallways sometimes had trash flying around. They advertise parking but it’s only 3 parking spots that can be reserved in advance, which I think for a large house like this, is a bit overselling then saying you have parking. It’s residential, so if you’re lucky you can still find parking. No AC

+Clean, modern, easy. Especially the Bio-supermarket in the building. Close to train to the mountains and walking distance to river Isar.
−We liked everything

+We stayed here for two days with our family. In terms of location, it is fantastic, and the apartment itself is very clean and well-organized. The only issue was that there was no free parking at night, so you have to pay or try to find free street parking nearby.
