“Breakfast was cold for hot food.”
+Noisy tourists talking loudly along the corridor and testing of microphone system somewhere nearby around 5 plus in the morning.

+The service was excellent. The manager Thanh was particularly helpful and upgraded me when I complained about the noise in the next room without hesitation. She also spoke decent English which is not always easy to find in Vietnam Location is between downtown and the beach. Esp great if you want to be near Korean amenities

“On the river”
+If you are looking for an affordable , clean place to stay this hotel will suit you just fine. Great ambience in the lobby / lounge and food is good as well. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was wonderful . I had a balcony room with a great view of the river. The frontage road did create some road noise so if that is an issue , you should probably take a room in the back .
