Vicinanza fermata Bus. Supermercato vicino alla struttura. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorni. Shampoo, Bagnoschiuma e Sapone forniti giornalmente. Bollitore.
−Non esiste acqua fredda nella doccia. Lontano dal centro.

“Great staff and value”
+Receptionist was so lovely. Bed so comfy. Great value. Will be back.
−Be careful in the carpark - the entrance scraped the bottom of my car so I had to reverse out.

“Highly recommended”
+Nice and quiet area, kind staff, free parking, comfortable rooms, superb breakfast. Highly recommended!
−A bit off-way but still a good location. We left the car there and walked into town, so it's perfectly doable, or you can use public transport or a taxi if you don't like walking

“Traditional B&B at excellent location, good value for money”
+A good old-fashioned bed and breakfast in the best Irish tradition with the not insignificant exception that it is heated to almost (Central) European standards. Our room was of good size, it was kept really clean, and it had everything that you expect to have in a B&B. They will cook you a proper Irish breakfast but there is also a Continental option with a decent choice. The location is also excellent, on the E1/E2 bus line and the Aircoach stop to the airport is just across the road. Turning left from the entrance, you get to Herbert Park, with several good eating out options (of all budgets) within walking distance in Ballsbridge. Highly recommended.
−The heating was a bit erratic on the last day, but eventually it was turned on. The bathroom is unheated, as is the case in most of such establishments - keeping its door open will somewhat alleviate the situation.

+We were there for 1 day . So room was fine . The location was had to find. The main doors are not on street that the town house is on. Everyone was friendly and helpful . The location is a little way from the city center but close to the airport .
