+Leonard, the owner was helpful and responsive. My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay. I would recommend this place to stay
−The mattress in room 1 was a bit too soft for our sleep.

“Very clean and newly renovated.”
+This place was very tidy and clean and I felt secure. The shared kitchen was extremely clean. The owner was very good at helping us out when I had a query he got straight back to me. I cannot comment on attractions close by or outside facilities as we only stayed one night.
−It was a shared bath room which was not very clear on the ad, we dont normally like staying in places with shared bathrooms but fortunately there was only one other guest at the time upstairs. However the bathroom was very clean and nicely set out.

“Communication problem”
+Nothing,
−We didn't get to stay there, turned up at 2155 but it was all locked up, no lights on, nowhere to park so had to book in to Premier inn Gillingham at another £95 for one room first me and my son. It wasn't till the morning that I saw an email from mirandas place saying that no-one would be at the house to let us in and there was a key somewhere to let us into the house. It would have been nice to have known that some days beforehand but as it stands, I paid double to stay in Gillingham that night so can't say that I was happy about it. The communication was too late and needs to be better and upfront before we even set off from home. My son sent an email asking what the latest time of checking in was sent from his email address earlier in the evening so we were waiting for a response answer back on his phone but the response was sent back to my email address which is why I didn't notice it. So. £90 lost.
