“Warm, comfortable food was good, varied choice of menu.”
+The room and bed were so comfortable. The room and all public areas were spotless. The decor was well thought out throughout.. the security in the corridors was spot on. Staff were so very attentive.
−There was a function on in one of the reception rooms which was really loud when we were in our room. Whilst I appreciate it was Friday night it was impossible to sleep. I don't know what the answer to that would be. Bin lorry arrived at 6.15 am to empty the bottle bin. Well I think it was the lorry.

“Accessibility was not great but we had been told that. staff and food were excellent”
+Staff and food. Both excellent
−There was a party going on just under our rooms on Saturday night. The noise was very loud and it was essential that my sister got a good nights sleep because of driving for 7 hours the next morning. It would have been nice to have been told in advance- so we could have changed our plans
