“The hotel had everything we needed for our overnight stay, the staff were very lovely and courteous”
+Location for us was excellent as we were at appointments at the Royal Perth Hospital which is about a 3 minute walk away. We have booked a room for next week. Our room was very nice, bed was comfortable
−Everything was good for us although I felt that the dinner portions were a bit small, food was delicious. The hotel was everything we needed for our overnight stay in Perth

+Nice location, compact hotel, friendly staff, excellent bed, very clean and fresh, lunch and dinner great, coffee excellent, beer on tap.
−Didn't like being charged for a late check-out for a hotel that wasn't exactly booked out.

“Over priced for standard of facilities”
+Location was good, staff were friendly.
−We asked for rooms close to each other and we were all floors apart, could not use the elevators freely to get to each room on our booking. No water in fridges, kettle was broken. Smelt dusty.

“Disappointed”
+Location. Comfortable bed.
−Bathroom floor looked dirty and mouldy. Shower was weak and only had one position. Towels had stains on. Breakfast not great. Very few choices for hot food.

“Horrid”
+Nothing
−Staff are not attentive. Receptionist kept rushing me to pay with my debit card and when I was on the phone sorting funds kept tapping it without me telling him it’s okay to do so. Kept asking me “ok ma’am can we pay with this card again?” After knowing I’m trying to sort the funds out as I told him I wanted to pay cash to which he said yes to originally, then tapped my card for what I thought was just to be on file as expected but then I was charged for one of my rooms. I would have been fine with it if he listened properly and explained they don’t take cash BEOFRE taking my card and charging me. Facilities are awful. Shower is either super hot or super cold, no inbetween (or for at least 10 minutes then you might get Luke warm water). Staff are incredibly out of touch with reality. You order room service and have normal mannerisms with them and they look at you like you’re an alien and they don’t know how to speak? I also called reception 3 times at night, 3 the next day and a couple more the following to no avail , had to take the elevator down to reception to speak with someone. I put on the door for my room to be cleaned and it never got cleaned, they said it was the sign to k

“Staff were friendly, room ok but needs a bit of an update and I felt it was a little over priced considering.”
+Good location, short walk to city centre
−Although the room was clean it was a little dated and worn, probably needs a bit of an update.
