+Clean, modern and nice rooms
−The location but at least only a 10 min walk from the underground

“Great price and a studio too.”
+The price was excellent for a large city in Germany!
−All was great!! A restaurant on site maybe ... but otherwise nothing.

“NOT FOR TOURISTS”
+its clean, ...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
−It's a hotel for workers that are working in that area, definitely not for tourists; nowhere close that you could walk to for a meal or drink; it's in the middle of an industrial area, car dealerships, etc. You need to walk to the train station approx 10-15mins to get out of the area. Don't bother with breakfast either; they had run out of half the food when we went there. REALLY bad-tempered grey-headed German with a mullet at reception; rooms are small.

+Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, tolle Dusche, ruhige Lage, Rezeption gut aufgestellt
