“I expect a much more professional and more helpful approach during my stay at a hotel.”
+The bedroom was nice and comfortable. It's a nice hotel, good location, the rooms were clean. The breakfast was excellent.
−The service!! I booked a 'cosy' room, without indicating that I needed an extra large double bed. A normal double bed would have been sufficient. When we arrived, the person at check in said we could only have a room with two separate beds, which I think is not that cosy. I asked him to find a solution, which he at first refused. It was only when a second staff member intervened that a solution was found and that I could get the 'cosy' room that I had paid for. I expect a more professional attitude and a staff member who is willing to look for solutions. During the breakfast we stayed a bit longer than 11, and once again there was a staff member who made the experience quite distasteful. When he entered the breakfast hall, he looked explicitly at his wrist watch and in our direction. That's not the right way to communicate things. If he was bothered by our presence, he could have told us in a more polite way.
