+Nothing.
−This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The biggest and most serious issue was the bed. There appeared to be bed bugs in the mattress, and I woke up covered in bites all over my body. I have stayed in many different accommodations before, and this is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this. It was absolutely unacceptable and made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable and stressful. Unfortunately, this was not the only problem. The whole property was dirty, old, neglected, and clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. The room and common areas did not feel hygienic at all, and the bed linen did not appear to be changed regularly. There were also no clear instructions for check-in or arrival. Staff were not always present at the property, even when needed, and communication was extremely difficult. When we called for help, it was difficult to get useful information or directions, partly because the staff spoke very little English. The atmosphere at the property was also very uncomfortable. There were often unfamiliar people hanging around the premises, sometimes behaving inappropriately, which made the place feel unpleasant and unsett

+Lokasyon iyiydi.
