“Perfekt!”

+The views from the rooms are all good. Everything else is average. For CHF 270 per day, you should be able to expect a firstrate experience. However several things disappointed us for our 6 day stay (which we could not change). First, there is no elevator and no assistance with heavy luggage (whichever room you have, you must climb stairs). Then there's the parking situation - the hotel does have a nice underground parking garage but it appears to be given to a hotel down the road; initially we had to park 100 meters up the road in another hotels parking on the street, but after complaining we were given one of the spaces near the hotel entrance (we were surprised to find a CHF 18 charge on our bill on checkout for this spot). The rooms are not very impressive - the bathroom is tiny and there is no air conditioning (just a noisy fan on the table) - the kitchen has a fridge and cooktop but no dishes or cutlery were provided, so that went unused. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The staff was friendly enough but we were not sorry to leave.
