“Hotel mal entretenu”

“Great mid-range choice”
+I very much enjoyed staying at Kesdem. It’s an unpretentious mid-range hotel with good WiFi and good AC, friendly staff, and good food. Not everything is perfect, but the overall atmosphere made it easy to overlook those issues.

+Really lovely hotel in the outskirts of Tema. The food is fantastic and the hotel is beautiful in general. Really great staff except for a particular employee who caused me a lot of problems. There aren't a lot of convenient outlets in the room, but the Wifi is outrageously fast. I would definitely stay there again!

“I didn't bother!”
+I booked this hotel through an offer with no cancellation, thinking from the photos and rating how bad could it be. Well, when I got to Ghana I took a look as I had a few days before I was due to check in and it was so bad, I cut my losses and booked in elsewhere. Filthy carpets all through the common areas, broken floor tiles by the pool and the dinning area... I just couldn't, not even for a night. The staff were beyond sleepy. The pool was being used for a holiday swim class (so not in use to guests at that time) all this coupled with the reviews of slow service and a real lack of internal security I just decided not to return. Sorry Keseem not impressed.
