+Nothing
−Very unprofessional team. They messed with booking and missed to process first night booking and relocated to another cheap class hotel and downgraded room on day 2 because of their internal confusion.

“Luxurious stay at decent price close to everything”
+Beautiful and spacious rooms. AC was working and hot water. Staff was very nice as well and they have a great restaurant too. On clear days, one can see the snow capped mountains.
−Backside view/ Neighboring property is a real junkyard. Interesting to see though.

“Excellent.”
+Everything was good. The owner Mr. Shafiz himself were present at the premises and kept checking with guests for concern/issues. All the staffs are very good too.
−The South Indian food quality is really not good. That they have to improve. The chef has no idea about South Indian food. Despite being a Bengali guy, South Indian food is my best choice. All 4days during my stay at Kareem I have eaten that only. But the chef should not make South Indian food ever. It was horrible.
