+The staff is something else. I had to cancel my booking the day I arrived.
−The staff should have better customer care. Also, employ people who speak some english

“MANAGER ENGAÑOSO / NEGOCIO INMOBIRIARIO NO REGULADO”

“Shady, not clean and pictures do not match reality.”
−It was not clean, the pictures of the room did not match reality at all except the curtains. There was no private balcony even if the room I paid for was supposed to have one. The staff were all nice but the manager didn’t take any responsibility and was rude to the staff. The internet connection is very poor and you can hear all sounds all the way from the first floor to the third floor.
