+Easy location
−They seem to be keeping the money they take when they take it from the desk (they say you will have it back 5 working days after leaving the hotel)

+My husband and I were students in Boston many many years ago and this was our first trip back with kids. This hotel was phenomenal. The location was ideal and a short walk to several metro lines. The breakfast was superior, and the daily room service kept everything pristine. We ate dinner here frequently and it was delicious. I’m pretty particular about clam chowder and theirs was amazing. They also have a large gym and enormous pool where you can swim laps. All in all, this hotel totally exceeded our expectations.

“Friendly staff and great location- not as comfortable as I’d like.”
+The front desk staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the central location.
−The beds were very uncomfortable and there was a lack of hot water to the shower.

“disappointed”
+location
−room was old and a bit run down. Shower had very little pressure. Lots of scuff marks everywhere. First night the bed was missing sheets. Totally not worth the money I paid. 1,900 for 3 nights including parking was way too much for the level of the facilities and the services offered.

“Convenient location for a few days, great indoor pool”
+Swimming pool and gym were great. Beds were very comfortable.
−Free clam chowder didn't have any clams in it (go to Legal Seafood for the real thing.) Street entrance was a bit odd (have to catch a lift to the lobby) but ok once you got used to it.

“Great location”
+Great location but the bathrooms need updating as they are worn and outdated. Service & security was great. Not a fan of the prepaid breakfast and the bar was twice as expensive than in town.
