“A clean, modern accommodation up a narrow road”
+Modern, clean, friendly staff. Mostly quiet.
−Car access to our room not possible, due to icy driveway; the salt bucket provided was empty. An unrelated request to talk to the manager was accepted, but we were not approached for over an hour - there was a problem with child(ren) screaming loudly in the neighboring room - there being only one door between the two rooms, and that door having a wide crack at the bottom...Surprisingly, there was no fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet, and no espresso drinks - this should be the norm at a 4 star hotel...Access to the hotel is up a relatively long, narrow hill road - only access to town is by car.
