“Wonderful quiet hotel in the village”
+Wonderful hotel in the small village of Oberstdorf. Very clean and walkable to local restaurants and bars. Hotels.com says this hotel has a bar, but it has been closed since COVID so no “bar.” That was a disappointment. You can get beer and wine from the restaurant, which is an outstanding restaurant. Breakfast is also great.

+This is the second time we've stayed here. It is perfect as a base for skiing. Plus points are: staff, restaurant, breakfast, sauna, location, Oberstdorf, mountain view ...i.e. everything you could ask for. The building itself is wonderful too - characterful and finished to a very high standard.

+Fussläufige Nähe zur Loipe und zum Gästehaus Oberstdorf. Direkt neben der Baustelle zur neuen Therme. Im Winter kein Problem. Im Sommer vermutlich Baustellenlärm.
