“Disappointed Again!”
+Professional and understanding older lady on the reception
−Hairs not mine all over the bed and in the bathroom. Missing TV. Mold in bathroom. Toilet rests upon arrival. Old spider webs. Male reception person in the morning who could care less that you don't get bread for your breakfast at 8:30. No coffee prepared. No water in hot water cooker so you could make a tea instead of having a coffee since there was none. Elevator inop during my 2 day stay. Cleaning personnel banging on my door multiple times early after I said numerous times that I will check out at 12:00.
