“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This property has lied to us and we were never able to access our room!”
+Nothing, we never even got access to the room.
−We arrived at 8.15pm and couldn't get access to reception. We rang the bell on and off for 15 minutes and also called the number provided. The number went to a voicemail with no option to leave a message and the door was never answered. Eventually someone leaving let us in to reception but nothing changed. There was no one there and still no answer to the bell. We took photos to prove we had been there and emailed the property through Booking.com at 8.45pm and eventually left with no answer and had to book another hotel close by. (The Ibis, good value and staff on reception!) The property answered our email at 11.20pm stating they were waiting for us and refused to refund our room! We still don't know where they were between 8.15pm (our arrival time) and 11.20pm but they were not in reception. We are now taking legal action to recover our money.
