+Nichts!!!!

“The rooms were inadequate and the staff were the worst I’ve ever encountered”
−The staff member who greeted me was the worst customer service rep I’ve met in my entire life. He tried to deny us our room and financially exploit us. He was also extremely rude and made inappropriate remarks in front of us. The room was dirty, lacked soap and enough toilet paper, and didn’t have hot water. There are so many alternatives near Berlin - for your own sake, avoid here at all costs.
