“Don’t stay here!”
+Nothing on this stay. The total opposite of my previous visits which have been many over the past two years.
−Absolutely nothing worked. I went into my room and the air conditioning was going but the temperature in the room was 100 degrees. I had to haul my bag back downstairs to get another room. The staff was so disinterested in helping me I was shocked. He never gave me the WiFi password either. I had to ask for a bottle of water that they used to offer you. The second room was cool but the toilet didn’t work well. I had driven 420 miles and was exhausted and didn’t want a third room. The beds that used to be so comfortable are now not there. I must have got an older bed. I found out in the morning that the plugs were not working either. When I tried to charge my phone before I went to breakfast it wouldn’t work. That caused me to leave on a trip of driving another 420 miles with a phone less than half charged. I rely on that phone for my navigation. The breakfast was okay but the staff never brought me silverware or water. I selected my own silverware from the staff area myself. I was shocked as this used to be the best part of the stay. I still tipped the staff as my mother was a waitress. As I checked out I asked for a manager to let them know how disappointed I was with my stay. She

“Not good”
+A lot of people were having a party and causing a lot of noise. I had trouble sleeping. I get a room to sleep and when I can’t I feel I wasted my money. I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have this problem. I don’t know if I will stay here again.
−See above.
