“Good room, good location, good breakfast”
+Large room, comfy bed. We had a room round the back. It was quite quiet. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Bus stops just outside hotel. It is a short walk from the lake. The evening food is excellent if you chose to eat in their restaurant.
−Staff could perhaps have been more welcoming when we got there. The city tax brings with it the benefit of a free bus travel pass. It would have been great if that was sent to us in advance. Other hotels manage this.

“Preiswertes Hotel in Thun, gute Lage, einfache/ältere Ausstattung.”
+Gute zentrale Lage. Preisleistung gut. Günstigstes Hotel an dieser Lage.
−Strasse/Verkehr recht laut.

“Mismatch in prijs/kwaliteit”
