“Convenient but pricey”
+Location is always great for events at CHI
−Room was a long distance from elevator and vending also dont like not having a personal microwave in the rooms. Using a microwave that is clear down another hallway is not convenient at all. Need exhaust fan in bathrooms no breakfast included

“Not ideal”
+Great location, comfortable bed
−Fan in bathroom (room 4078) didn’t work. Mold dust in ceiling vent, cleaning crew knocked on our door at 8:30 am even tho checkout isn’t until 11, door to skyway was locked after concert so we had to walk down to the street level even though that is supposed to be one of the perks of staying at this hotel for a concert

“I enjoyed myself, my surroundings and the atmosphere of relaxation and fun.”
+VERY COMFORATBLE, NICE FACILITIES AND EASY TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER SEMINARS FOR A FEW DAYS. The Bar downstairs was a fantastic time and the front desk staff really helped when I had questions on parking.
−My toilet seemed to be running all weekend which luckily was only noticeable when in the bathroom. It didn't create a disturbance to me of any kind, I just hate wasting water. I did inform the desk staff of that condition prior to checking out. Hopefully it is easily amended. If I did have one complaint, the cost of rooms due to late booking and it being a busy weekend was quite exadurated. I would hope in the future that the price could be slightly reduced by better planning on my end but nearly 5x the average night stay in October and November seemed to me significantly high.

+The facilities--rooms, pool, etc. are lovely.
−Parking and restaurant costs (even though rooms are fairly affordable) are fairly high.

+Hotel overall was excellent staff was extremely friendly
−Had little kids with me and for them to use the restrooms in the fitness center when in the pool area wasn't really crazy about and if there could be away that your room key card could work and the parking garage so to eliminate having to keep track of 2 cards
