“You get what you pay for.”
+Check-in was a very quiet affair. I think he may have been the owner, but he did not seem to want to engage. The property is a little rough and the rooms are dated. There is AC, but we were afraid to plug it in. The bed was comfortable, the room was reasonably clean, and the price was cheap.

“We asked about wheelchair accessibility and was messaged it was, but wasn’t.”
+We needed a place to sleep and it worked. It was easy to locate.
−One bed was very creaky! There was a lack of outlets in the second room. It was not wheelchair accessible.

“If you're staying for work, you might not even care, maybe.”
+It was cheap, and the air conditioning worked, had a fridge and microwave. Did I mention that it was cheap?
−It was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, lots of spiders. Lots of noise from other rooms, The blinds were destroyed, the doors don't lock very securely, there are stains all over the walls, ceilings and bedding. Tub surround is all broken and falling in. Very old, very dilapidated building, in serious need of repairs.
