+The reception dude, is so entitled and got an attitude. Also, there is no lock on the inside of the room door. Which allows the room service to come in at anytime they want and it did happened. Honestly i was disappointed i had i spent 3 hours there, then i went and i changed the hotel

+It was extremly dirty. Staff was not friendly. Our room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait 1 hour in the warm lounge. No apology and no water to be offered in the heat. It smelled poop all over the hallways and it even was poop on the hallway floor. The room we got were a mess. No toilett seat on the toilett that was still dirty. The hand sink was stuffed so the water flooded over and made the bathroom floor wet. The whole room was dirty. The staff didnt do anything about it after our complaints. Dirty pool, dirty pool area, way to loud music. DO NOT STAY THERE!
