+La posizione è ottima per visita Bucarest. La struttura è nuova e molto pulita. Non ha però l'ascensore. Quindi non è consigliato a chi ha problemi motori.
−Purtroppo il venerdì e il sabato la movida impedisce di dormire anche con finestre chiuse e tappi alle orecchie!!

“Bene”
+Proprietario disponibile e cortese. Efficiente nella comunicazione. La camera è in pieno centro, con infissi insonorizzati, frigo, bagno con box doccia e accanto al letto un divanetto composto da due poltrone con un tavolino. Kit di tappi orecchie per eventuali rumori (non presenti), tv a plasma e bagno doccia e sapone mani.
−Un telo era leggermente macchiato (può capitare) e aggiungerei una moka per il caffè per gli ospiti che non riescono a farne a meno. !!! C’è una bella rampa di scale per accedere all’appartamento!!!

“Consigliato”
+La posizione, perchè l'appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico e vicinissimo alle migliori attrazioni della città. La movida la troverete appena fuori dal portone. Claudiu è un host fantastico, disponibile, comunicativo, l'host perfetto. La pulizia, le dimensioni dell'appartamento e il rapporto qualità prezzo.
−I rumori della strada ma lo sapevamo già. La notte potreste avere bisogno dei tappi per le orecchie che Claudiu vi farà trovare.

“Appartamento nel cuore di Bucarest”
+Super Centrale, Proprietario molto disponibile ( con la possibilità di avere là camere disponile anche il giorno del check out fino al pomeriggio ) appartamento spazioso e moderno

“Temiz merkezi yenilenmiş eşyalar sebebiyle konaklama için tavsiye ederim”
+Merkezi temiz geniş bir odamız vardı. Eşyalar yeniydi memnun kaldık.
−Yaşayan bir sokakta olduğundan gece hafif ses geliyor sokaktan ama biz rahatsız olmadık.

“PERFECT LOCATION!!”
+Everything was perfect! Excellent communication with the property and unbelievable location! One of the best parts of our entire stay in Romania was being just 5 mins from everything!! Truly incredible value!

“Great apartment, very nice and helpful host - but not for light sleepers”
+Overall I can recommend this apartment if you are ok with the noise level at night - because the location is both a blessing and a curse. It is the "heart of the city", but also heart of the city's nightlife (see cons). The host was very polite and helpful, there was a big TV, fast internet and a power strip (I did not have to use mine that I always take on trips, because lots of flats and hotels love to have one or two outlets for the whole room). By some miraculous coincidence, there was even my favorite tea available in the kitchen (tea selection was very good).
−Lack of upfront information that the street gets VERY loud at night, even during weekdays. Drunk people shouting, singing till the break of dawn (literally), and there as even a guy playing accordion at 5:30 AM. On a Thursday night. We had to find a quieter place - luckily the host was very polite and accomodating, and did a partial refund. In my humble opinion the property owners should not assume that it will be obvious to everyone that it will be extremely loud ("curse of knowledge") - information about noise level should either be in the description, or in the message from the property that is sent soon after booking (or both). If I got this information I would immediately cancel the booking. I think being honest and upfront would prevent nasty surprises. There was no cutlery in the flat, I had to buy plastic cutlery to be able to make a sandwich. There were nightstands, but not bedside lamps.

+Hotel je zrekonštruovaný, veľmi pekný zvnútra. Pohodlné postele a dobre vybavená kuchyňa s chladničkou a varnou doskou. Spĺňa vysoký štandard. Majiteľ je veľmi príjemný a ústretový, hotel je topka, škoda, že v centre mesta sú pod ním bary a nočné kluby. Majiteľ je veľkorysý a v kúpelni nájdete štuple do uší.
−V hoteli sa nedalo spať, lebo pod oknami je viacero barov a nočných klubov, kde do rána 6.30 hod. hrala hlasná hudba celú noc a konzumenti sa správali veľmi hlučne. Pre ľudí, ktorým to nevadí, je hotel ideálny, no neodporúčam ho turistom, ktorí si po celodennom programe potrebujú v noci oddýchnuť.

+The location was in the city center and easy to reach any place you want
−The noise was extreme. A night clup and cafes are just under the windows and the loud music and people shouting and partying untill 5 am everyday.
