“Budget Friendly”
+It was a sweat with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. As said in other reviews, it is dated, but in decent shape and very clean. There is ample room for 2 couples or a family of 3 or 4. The bed was very comfortable. It was an apartment sized fridge and was very cold. There was a small couch and kitchen table with 2 chairs. The location was easy to find and was quiet.
−The microwave didn't work. The pillows were a little thin. When we went to leave at 8 am, there was no one in the office and the door lock uses a key, so I left it in a mail box at the office door as there was another key in it already. There was a sign that said back in half an hour, but nothing about what to do with the key. I didn't have that long, so mailbox it was. Other than that, nothing notable for a budget hotel.

“Good value but not super clean”
+Location was overlooking the river ans nice and quiet.
−Management was nice but there was confusion about how many rooms I had booked because booking.com only provided 1 booking number but the accommodation said that there should be 2 booking numbers because I booked two separate family rooms. They did give us the two rooms in the end but clarification about this on the website would be nice.

“Safe, nice manager, close to town. I’d stay there again under the same circumstances.”
+Good location walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. Nice walk along the river. I was unexpectedly held up on my trip for a day due to a car breakdown.
−Nothing. I got what I paid for!

“Great for what I needed”
+The location was very good access to the main roads was great.
−Just dealing with one person on check in would have been better instead of dealing with 4 person's.

“Good”
+The location is great. Pub was just up the road about a block away. Great food. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was great. Windows could be opened. There was coffee but no cream or sugar to go with coffee. Management was great. Very accommodating.
