“A Beautiful Stay”
+Fivepine Lodge exceeded every expectation and quickly became one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional, the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. The property itself has such a lovely vibe, with beautiful light filtering through the trees, and it was a real pleasure just walking around the grounds. The pool area was an absolute dream, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, the kind you don't want to leave in the morning. The on-site brewery served genuinely delicious food and beer, and the movie theater next to the property was such a delightful, unexpected touch. We also loved browsing the charming little shop inside the hotel, which had a surprisingly great selection of quality wines. What truly set this stay apart, though, was how the hotel handled a difficult situation with real grace. We were there during the Akawa Butte wildfire that was threatening Sisters, and the team went above and beyond to keep us calm and informed, giving us constant updates as the situation evolved. They generously offered to waive our cancellation fee if

“It would have been nice had our room not been unreasonably noisy.”
+Property is beautiful. Rooms are nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable. Included breakfast was better than average with herbed egg and cheese bites plus the usual continental breakfast items. Appreciated the in room soaking tub since the pool was closed and the spa next door closed at 5pm. They offer a free wine/beer happy journey in the main reception area which we did not avail ourselves of because we were at dinner.
−We had a ground floor room right around the corner from the main desk. It was very noisy. People coming and going in the halls, a bathroom just across the hallway and worse, a very loud but inconsistent noise coming from above us. It sounded like either a VERY loud ice machine that would run for 20-30 minutes or some kind of machinery. I would not recommend staying in this particular room. I would have slept better in my RV.

“Ein MUSS”
+Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und bietet unfassbar aufmerksame Extras. Eine tägliche gratis Weinstunde, viele DVDs, Gesellschaftsspiele, Fahrräder und Bücher. Außerdem unschlagbar nettes Personal! McKenzie war ein Engel, meine Verlobte hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt!
−Nichts.

−The stairs in the lodge. Loved the room but the stairs make dragging your luggage up awkward

+Loved the cabin with all the provided amenities. Such a cozy place. The brewery was a short walk away and the staff were excellent. The breakfast basket was a great add on.
−The DVDs were great but the Twilight Saga wasn’t in the collection. :(

“Lovely location and beautiful property. Will recommend to anyone that goes to Sisters.”
+The facilities were very nice and clean. Staff was great. Happy hour and nice breakfast buffet were a great added touch. Used the athletic club next door which was also great. Visited the Three Creeks Brewery next door which was also good. We used the bikes to ride to town.
−Everything was great
