“Highly recomend”
+Very friendly staff, clean room at a very reasonable rate. Close to everything we need (Tim hortons directly across the street) but far enough from the downtown noise. l highly recomend this location. We are staying 6 nights and this is our second time staying here. Great privacy and we feel very welcomed.

“Spotlessly clean room, very friendly and helpful operators, good location.”
+Spotlessly clean room, very friendly and helpful operators, short drive to scenic downtown in one direction and shopping malls in the other. Room was spacious with two comfy queen beds, kitchen area with sink, fridge, and barhroom had a really nice strong shower in the tub. It is a basic older motel but the family owning and operating it keep it really clean. If you are looking for basic accommodation with friendly, helpful owner operators in a good location, this place is great. We would stay here again while in Kingston.

+Owner very helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and the furniture was fairly new. The air conditioner worked well. Could have used a little coffee machine to make coffee in the morning, but on the whole the experience was pleasant.

“Good value for money”
+Worked well as a place to stay on the 401 between Montreal and Toronto. Pretty much what I'd expect in this price range. Friendly staff!

“Very nice”
+Nice and clean. Manger friendly. Nice to have a chair outside and watch the rabbits. However I got eaten alive by something. Ok restaurant down the road. Would stay again

+Good inexpensive clean motel. No frills, a bit dated ('80s), but comfortable and a good value. Great for a pit stop and in a very good location; across from Tim's and next to A&W, on Princess St.
