+What i didn't like: They didn't have my reservation, had to wait 30 minutes to get my room verified. They waxed the floor in my room. Very dangerous , it was hard enough for me to walk , my son slipped 2 times. Every time i go to the restaurant i order mostly the same thing, and every time they have different condiments or side dishes. They are not consistent. We had free complimentary drink. My drink had a big chunk of plastic in it from the bag of ice. The aircon was leaking had to put a towel on the floor. What like was the hot water, tv, cool and spacious room.

+Good staff that accommodate clients' request. Room has unpleasant smell (musty), gone after sometime or it needs aeration/probably from the aircon...
