+Great location, nice room. The clothes dryer function in the shower room was surprisingly effective. Everything was dried when left overnight

“Stunning location that was easy to get to and better to live in!”
+Very nice, I forgot my iPad in the room and literally immediately got it back from room service who kept it safe for me! Lovely!

+It was clean and well equipped apartment. Location is very convenient and close to the subway station. Check-in process was easy and smooth.
−Rooms are very small. Double bed was small and not comfortable. We stayed six days and they didn't ask to change towel and bedsheets etc.

+Great space, facilities and cleanliness. Self check in was straight forward and overall stay was good.
−During bath time, hot water inconsistent and will turn to become cold water in the middle of the bath, happens everyday throughout the stay.

−床墊其實有點髒有頭髮，雨季整體都很潮濕，然後浴缸的水永遠裝不滿😞

“Almost home in Tokyo”
+I was here already last year for 2 weeks! The quiet and private ambiance is very pleasant and one can feel almost home in Tokyo!
−Next time I would like to have an offer of a weekly cleaning, a weekly bed linen chance. It is not comfortable to have no change for such a long time.

“Overall, a very comfortable and well-located place that we really enjoyed staying at.”
+A great place to stay, with comfortable apartments equipped with everything you need. A special bonus was the drying function in the bathroom and the generous number of hangers, which made doing laundry while traveling incredibly convenient. The location is absolutely perfect: close to Ginza, the Imperial Palace, metro stations, convenience stores, cafés, and plenty of places to explore. We especially appreciated the helpful and responsive staff. Everything was prepared for our arrival, communication was easy, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great, and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony.
−A couple of things that could be improved: the internet could definitely be faster, and although there is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment, it would be useful to have something to quickly wipe or mop the floor as well.

+Maalesef çok kötüydü.
−Yataklar kokuyordı, bize arka taraf verirmiş kapıyı açınca leş gibi koku vardı, çamaşır makinesi çok kötüydü. Kurutma zaten yoktu. Şuan olsa gitmem.
